Wisconsin’s electrical construction needs are incredibly diverse. Overall, we’re extremely busy; our locals are interested in receiving applications.

Ongoing commercial, retail and industrial projects are on the rise. We also anticipate several large solar array projects that will require entry level positions, experienced electricians and outside electrical construction workers.

Line contractors have steady work and need additional manpower, including people with underground construction experience, especially those who have a commercial driver’s license.

Total journeyman electrician wage and benefit package rates in the state vary from the $50+/hour range to almost $65/hour.

Employers provide members and their families with health insurance and the security of retirement plans.
