For a small state, we’ve got big employer demand.

Our employers are aggressively bidding on many significant projects and we expect this will bring us more work into 2019 and beyond.

There’s a state-wide shortage of manpower, so send us your application. Even if we can’t put you to work right away, we keep them on file, so we can reach you when our employers need people with your skills and experience.

Throughout New England, line construction, substation and line clearance people are in high demand. We are especially interested in tree trimmers with Class “A” Commercial Driver’s Licenses.

Total journeyman electrician wage and benefit packages are in the $60+/hour range.

Members have the protection of employer-paid healthcare plans. Commercial workers and their families have the security of three pension plans, while line workers and their families have the security of a defined contribution pension plan.
